Eligible active members employed in the Ontario College system after November 29, 2022, were awarded retroactive pay increases following the overturned provincial wage restraint law known as Bill 124.
If you received a retroactive payment in 2023, your pension grew as a result. You can expect to see an adjustment on your Annual Statement. The difference in your earnings and pension accrued in 2022 compared to 2023 is outlined on this year’s statement available in My Pension or mailed by the end of May. To ensure the data is accurate and up to date, your statement will be ready a bit later than in previous years.
