Dear Faculty Member,
Over the last week, the bargaining landscape has changed dramatically: the communication blackout was lifted, the mediator’s report was released, and the College Employer Council (CEC) has filed for conciliation and an unfair labour practice complaint against OPSEU/SEFPO as the bargaining agent. Any one of these changes would merit questions and uncertainty, let alone all of them together. Therefore, we would like to address your questions and discuss next steps.
